A personal piece with nothing to sell. La Luna grew out of one image: a woman holding the moon at eye level inside a black circle rimmed with gold.
The direction is openly theatrical. Velvet blacks, a single cold light on skin, gold grain around the edge of the frame, everything else swallowed. The exercise was to find out how far the tool could carry low-key light in motion without losing the face or flattening the texture.
